Oranges: Oranges are loaded with water which makes the skin hydrated. Aside from that, it is said to contain Vitamin C which boosts the skin’s collagen to have a smooth feeling.
Coffee: A recent study published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute showed that drinking coffee would decrease the risk of a person getting melanoma because of its contained bioactive compounds. Melanoma is described to be the fifth most common cancer in the U.S. Drinking coffee was noted in the study to decrease the risk of getting cancer by 20 percent.
Tomato: It contains lycopene, which is and antioxidant that removes skin-aging radicals that come from ultraviolet exposure. However, the antioxidants were said to work better when cooked.
Dark Chocolate: Nobody could resist dark chocolates. Some aren’t aware that the flavanols in dark chocolates serve as antioxidants, protects the skin to unveil a smoother feeling. It also boosts blood flow and circulation to the scalp.
Avocado: It is mentioned to contain an omega-9 fatty acid called oleic acid which helps the skin retain its moisture. It also contains monounsaturated fat which aids the skin in staying hydrated.
Sweet Potato: Sweet potatoes are said to have beta-carotene which skin damage. Afterward, the beta-carotene is converted by the body to vitamin A which fights skin aging.

Other methods include eating anti-oxidant-rich fruits, drinking eight glasses of water and omega 3-enriched foods. Some studies also show that apple cider vinegar lowers AGE production. Simply adding teaspoons of apple cider vinegar into dressings, soups and etc. could make a person look younger indeed. Probiotics and green tea extracts were also mentioned as well. Of course, the usual exercise and sleep patterns are advised.
